أسس عبودية الحبل

سهل

Foundations of Rope Bondage is a beginner course covering the core knowledge every responsible rope practitioner needs before they begin. Across eleven sections, you'll build a working vocabulary of shibari terminology, understand what rope bondage is and its artistic and practical applications, and get oriented in the broader rope and BDSM communities — including how relevant laws and local scenes fit in. The heart of the course is safety and consent. You'll study what authentic, informed, and explicit consent looks like, how to recognize and respond to consent violations, and how to find, vet, and negotiate clearly with a partner. Dedicated sections cover the real physical risks of tying — rope marks, bruising, musculoskeletal stress, and breathing and circulation concerns — alongside practical anatomy: nerve and circulation checks, sensory and motor testing, and emergency release by cutting rope. This course is for complete beginners who want a careful, structured foundation rather than shortcuts. By the end you'll understand how to prepare for, conduct, and close out a scene responsibly — including proper aftercare and post-scene processing — and you'll know how to keep learning through local teachers, mentors, conventions, and the TheDuchy mobile app.

What you'll learn

  • Define core shibari terminology and participant roles, and explain how the rope and BDSM communities — including relevant legal considerations — fit together
  • Apply the principles of authentic, informed, and explicit consent, including recognizing when consent is absent and how to revoke it at any time
  • Recognize and respond to consent violations, and know how to act if you are approached about one
  • Find, vet, and negotiate with a partner by defining roles, limits, safe words, medical considerations, and safe calls before tying
  • Identify the physical risks of rope — rope marks, bruising, musculoskeletal stress, and breathing and positional concerns — and respond using tools like R.I.C.E. and emergency rope cutting
  • Perform circulation, nerve, sensory, and motor checks, then plan a full scene from preparation through immediate aftercare and post-scene processing
