Manchettes rapides ("Texas Handcuffs")
This is a rapid technique to make rope handcuffs.
This is a collapsing knot though, so be sure to check out How to Properly Apply Handcuff Knots to learn how to do it safely.
Caution: This is a collapsing knot, so make sure you read through the proper application so you don't endanger your partner
For this tutorial, I used one 10' (~3m) piece of Natural 6mm provided by my affiliate Twisted Monk.

Steps
Start in the middle of a cord 6-10 feet (2-3 m) long and make one loop…
…and then a second, laying it on top of the first
Place the top one under the bottom one as shown
Like this
Reach under outer edge the first loop to grab the inner edge of the second ... And then over top the outer edge of the second to grab the inner edge of the first, as shown
Pull through
Tighten
This is the completed knot
