Quick Cuffs ('Texas Handcuffs')

This is a rapid technique to make rope handcuffs.

Rope Needed
For this tutorial, I used one 10' (~3m) piece of Natural 6mm provided by my affiliate Twisted Monk.

Start in the middle of a cord 6-10 feet (2-3 m) long and make one loop…
…and then a second, laying it on top of the first…
Place the top one under the bottom one as shown…
Like this…
Reach under outer edge the first loop to grab the inner edge of the second ... And then over top the outer edge of the second to grab the inner edge of the first, as shown
Pull through…
Tighten…
This is the completed knot.
