Corbata de talón - Estilo estribo

Like high heels on your partner? Is there some debate on this point? Want to your partner from kicking them off? Tie them on!
Here is one simple method: This is nothing more than a Lark's Head Single Column with a fun little use of the tail :)
Notes: This one is super simple except that you may not have seen the Cored Square Knot before. You don't have to use that though, you can finish it off any way you like.
For this tutorial, I used one 2m piece of Natural 6mm provided by my affiliate Twisted Monk, but my model is small so you may need more.
Check them out for some amazing hemp rope!

Steps
Sometimes you really want your partner to kick off their shoes ... sometimes you really don't
Begin with a Lark's Head Single Column around the ankle. Make your second wrap above the first...
See the link above if you need a reminder of the technique
...so that the tail will naturally be leading downward when done.
Run the tail under the arch of the shoe
And then up under the ankle cuff on the inside
Reverse tension and set to the desired level of tightness.
Now we just need to tie it off! You can do so any way you like, but I am going to use a Cored Square Knot. Take cord1 (the one I am touching in this pic) and lay it on top of the center lines coming from under the foot. Then lay cord2 (the one I am not touching) on top of cord1, but just pointing down as shown
Then run cord2 *under* the center line and *up through* the loop made by cord1 (the hole my thumb is in in Step 7. Tighten.
Now do the same thing. Cord1 on top of center line...
Cord2 on top of cord1
Cord2 behind center line and up through loop made by cord1. Tighten.
Hide the end of the cords.
